Job Offer in Jordan. Seeking: Electronics Sales Key Accounts (HA, AV, IT & A/C) – Samsung Electronics Levant
Purpose of the job:
The main role is to supervise field sales in Levant in order to ensure better channel management and consequently improve sell in, sell thru, and sell-out, as well as business development.
Our operations include the selling of:
Hand Held Products (Mobile sets),
Audio & Video,
The successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining & developing the business with clear objective to achieve the company’s sales targets of the product.
The successful applicant is responsible for:
• Sales Management: Revenue achievement (sales out), target setting for retailers, aligning targets of distribution partners (sell-thru), and retailers (sales out), Managing the Samsung extended field resources (CAP team and category promoters), daily sales reporting and analysis for speedy response to dynamic market changes.
• Channel Management: Direct engagement with tier 1 distribution partners (sell thru planning) and tier 2 (power retailers and hyper markets), designing and implementing incentive programs in coordination with the category heads, ensuring sell-out of products from the tier 1 channel, implementing demand generation activities targeted at end user, conducting key retailer seminars and training program on products.
