Job Offer in Jordan. Seeking: Recruitment Senior Officer
1. Manpower Planning and Budgeting:
•Assist in the preparation of the company’s manpower plan and budgeting according to strategy, skill and competency requirements.
•Communicate the approved manpower to the concerned managers/directors.
•Plan the successful media of advertisement, review application/resumes and create a shortlist of candidates for each vacancy.
•Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions, both internally & externally.
•Handle the company’s applications email as well as the company’s account on recruitment websites.
•Schedule and organize pre-employment testing and reference checks on possible candidates.
•Arrange and conduct interviews with technical members from the concerned department. Evaluate and choose the best suited candidate in cooperation with the technical member.
•Work with directors and chiefs on determining key jobs across the organization and identifying potential successors (internal and external).
•Inform unsuccessful applicants by sending the company’s standard apology letters.
•Inform the successful applicants by sending job offers via email/fax.
3. New Joiners:
•Facilitate new joiners starting with the company, including transportations and permits.
•Prepare contracts, and follow-up on the signing process.
•Follow-up on the new joiners needs with the Administration, Procurement, IT&T and Finance departments.
•Conduct new hires orientation program to clarify the company’s vision, mission, accomplishments, organizational structure and overall operational airport processes.
•Assist in creating and updating employee handbook.
4. Reporting, Management and Planning:
•Responsible for preparing the recruitment efficiency reports, and communicating them to quality department.
•Create quality department reports and send them quarterly.
•Prepare termination reports and identify high risk areas.
•Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of Recruitment challenges and develop recommendations for improvement of the company’s Recruitment Human Resources policies and practices.
•Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, contracts, succession planning, and talent management).
•Update the company’s internal by-law in coordination with the legal department.
•Manage the end of year contractual releases process according to the company’s agreement with Union.
5. Employee Relations:
•Handle employee cases initiated by team members, managers or directors. Lead Employee Cases Committee and provide recommendations to close cases, by investigating the cases in cooperation with legal department.
•Issue penalties according to the company’s internal by-law and add them to the employee’s file.
6. Exit Interviews:
•Conduct exit interviews with the company’s employees who wish to resign from the company to better understand turnover reasons and provide suggestions for decreasing turnover.
