Job Offer in Jordan. Seeking: Trade Marketing – Key Account Manager
To manage regional Account profiling and segmentation.
To manage contract, MOU, T&C’s, agreements through G/L and supervisions.
‒ Create account profiling and segmentation guide, regional application and identification of regional Strategic Key Account ( high potential with weak Company performance).
‒ Track these key accounts with local plans and its progress.
‒ Joint business planning – framework development, planning & execution support to local offices, best case sharing.
‒ Initiate regional plans for top-to-top engagement . Managing Director Seminar, Key Account QBR (Quarter business review)
‒ Guide and supervise ‘Terms & conditions’ for Contracts, MOU’s and Agreement’s.
‒ Policy and regional guide for Margins, Incentives and trade spend – development and application.
‒ Create specialized incentives for key local issues – display/ merchandising contests, over achievement of targets.
With Product Manager’s / BU – Interaction through weekly or Bi-weekly retail meeting to align margin/ incentives structure, Key account status
With Retail Manager: – time data upload, data quality check, issues and support for system and data collection.
With ‘Capability enhancement’ team: – Identification of training needs, plan training and execute it – Agency. Promoters and Merchandisers.
